We have the privilege of supporting a national pastor in the country of Ukraine. We do so through the auspices of Slavic Gospel Association (www.sga.org) headquartered in Loves Park, IL. Alexander Sekret is serving the Lord in the Ukraine, which is his homeland. He is very busy as he travels throughout several villages in the eastern part of the Zhytomyr Region, as well as continuing his ministry in the church at Chernyakhov. "The Lord has been faithful in blessing this ministry, adding new souls that are being saved and allowing us to work in discipleship and church planting, and expanding our borders of ministry." As he travels throughout the region, Alexander has opportunities to serve many churches performing ordination services, weddings, children dedications and funerals. He rejoices at the warm welcome he receives from our brothers and sisters and considers it as the Lord's love shown to him. Alex and Vera, his wife, have 5 children - Zhanna, Andrev, Pavlic, Anechka and Sasha, all of whom help with the ministry in various ways. c/o Slavic Gospel Assoc.
