Vlad & Julia are native Ukraines. They came to the United States to receive their Bible training and returned to Kiev to continue their ministry. They are serving under the direction of Titus, International, with headquarters in Chattanooga, TN. The Kozoubovskiis are heavily involved in a multi-faceted ministry. Vlad serves as the President and teacher of a Bible institute which he began. He is equipping men to pastor churches and begin other churches. They are also involved in planting a new church just outside the city of Kiev. God is blessing that new work with new people coming to know Christ and growing in their faith. He is regularly scheduled to speak in conferences and youth rallies. Julia is involved in teaching various ladies Bible study groups. Vlad & Julia have 2 children, Nika and Vitali. Viter@i.com.ua
