Mike and Lois are originally from WBC. They began their ministry at Frontier School of the Bible in LaGrange, WY (www.fsbible.org) in 2002. Mike serves as the Dean of Students while Lois assists as the Dean of Women. They are responsible for the spiritual, moral and social well being of the student body. They also administrate the policies of the school, train and guide the Resident Advisors, and oversee dorm life. Some of the everyday tasks they are involved in include one-on-one mentoring, counseling, meeting with prayer groups, conducting dorm inspections, screening new student applications, planning student activities, and leading the daily chapel services. In addition to these many responsibilities, Mike also helps facilitate special building and ministry projects as well as the upgrading of the dormitories. They consider it a great privilege to mentor young men and women who are seeking God's will and have a sincere desire to build their lives on a solid foundation of the Word of God. "We envision these students as the church's future pastors, youth pastors, missionaries and lay people.
